How does it work?

• For example, If you spent $1000 with us you get 1000 entries,
  Should you win - you will get the total value of that 1 order back.
• Note: If you place multiple orders - You still receive multiple entries.
• However the value of the “win back” will only be the total value of the order related to the entry number.

Eligibility: 1.1 The giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand.

• Entry Method:
  2.1 To enter the giveaway, customers must make a purchase from Stealth Ride's online store only during the promotion period.
  2.2 Every dollar you spend ($1) is one entry.
• 2.3 Not combinable with any other discount / offer. 
• Winner can only claim the value of their order back on that specific order. Multiple orders cannot be combined. 
• Value of an order does not include the amount before discounts. 

• Promotion Period:
  3.1 The giveaway starts on November 19, 2023, at 11:00 AM NZ Standard Time (NZST).
  3.2 The giveaway ends on November 27, 2023, at 5:00 PM NZ Standard Time (NZST).
• Prizes:
  4.1 Customers who meet the eligibility criteria and purchase requirements will receive free gift.
  4.2 The prize consists of receiving the value of your relevant order back or spot prizes included in the above. 
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has purchased via the online store using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named winner becomes unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
• Winner must claim prize within 7 days of end date. 
• Publicity and Consent:
  6.1 By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to Stealth Ride's use of their names and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  6.2 Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used in accordance with Stealth Ride's privacy policy.
• Disqualifications:
  7.2 Stealth Ride also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who returns goods purchased during the promotion. Standard return policy applies during Black Friday.
• 8.2 Goods obtained through the giveaway are provided "as is" without any warranty, and Stealth Ride does not guarantee their performance or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Amendments and Termination:
  9.1 Stealth Ride reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
  9.2 In the event of any amendments or termination, Stealth Ride will provide reasonable notice through its website or other communication channels.
• Governing Law:
  10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
  10.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
