Cutting mandrel bends accurately by eye is slow, and every bend you mark from scratch is another chance to be a few degrees out. This jig locates the bend securely in a horizontal bandsaw so you can make repeatable multi-angle cuts without measuring and marking each one. It's the tool for headers, manifolds, turbo dumps and any custom pipework where a run of matching cuts decides how well everything fits up.

- Holds the mandrel bend in a fixed, repeatable position in the bandsaw vice
- Angle reference marks for consistent multi-angle cuts
- Available in 1D, 1.2D and 1.5D CLR to match your bends
- Sizes from 1.5" to 4" OD tube, plus 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" schedule pipe
Choosing CLR: CLR (centreline radius) is the bend radius as a multiple of tube diameter. A 2" 1.5D bend has a 3" centreline radius. Match the jig CLR to the mandrel bends you're cutting.
Custom CLR: Back Shed 3D can make jigs to suit a specific bend radius. Contact us with your bend details for a quote.
