Teardrop cuts are what make merges and transitions flow, but they're one of the hardest shapes to cut consistently by hand. This jig holds the bend at the right position for an accurate teardrop cut, so every piece in a merge or collector comes off the saw the same.

Choosing CLR: CLR (centreline radius) is the bend radius as a multiple of tube diameter. A 2" 1.5D bend has a 3" centreline radius. Match the jig CLR to the mandrel bends you're cutting.
Custom CLR: Back Shed 3D can make jigs to suit a specific bend radius. Contact us with your bend details for a quote.
