An X-pipe only works if both halves line up, and that comes down to cutting both bends identically. This jig gives you a repeatable bandsaw setup for each side, locating the bend the same way every time so the halves meet without endless trimming and test-fitting. A must for twin-pipe V8 exhausts.

Choosing CLR: CLR (centreline radius) is the bend radius as a multiple of tube diameter. A 2" 1.5D bend has a 3" centreline radius. Match the jig CLR to the mandrel bends you're cutting.
Custom CLR: Back Shed 3D can make jigs to suit a specific bend radius. Contact us with your bend details for a quote.
