An 8AN O-ring port enables compact plumbing, and slotted holes allow multiple mounting options. On RB30 engines the fitting is positioned vertically, as there is ample gearbox clearance; on RB20, RB25 and RB26 engines it can be positioned at an angle to achieve the required clearance around the gearbox.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo fit the oil drain, the frost plug at the rear of the head is removed and two M6 holes are tapped into the rear of the head.
