They have made replacements, however, they are a spherical bushing rather then a polyurethane or rubber bushing to significantly reduce bush deflection and ensure a much smoother operation throughout the range of suspension travel.
As with all of the bearings that they use throughout their suspension arms, these spherical inserts use common sized bearings which essentially makes them rebuildable at a very low cost should the need arise.
Fits Z32 and R32/R33 GT-R OEM rear knuckles with a 45mm O.D
