The GKTECH 370z/V36 Skyline front lower arm rear spherical bearing replacements are designed to replace the factory OEM rubber bush. OEM rubber bushes are designed to absorb road noise but that comes at the cost of performance.
It's common for upgrades to be made of a harder rubber or a polyurethane but rather than a polyurethane or rubber bushing GKTech has chosen to use a spherical bearing to significantly reduce bush deflection and ensure a much smoother operation throughout the range of suspension travel.
In addition to the move to a spherical bearing, their setup is unique in that it provides the ability for caster adjustment +/- 1° They have chosen to use a common (HCOM24T) spherical bearing which is PTFE lined and self lubricating for increased longevity. Simply press out the OEM bush and press the replacement unit in it's place.
